Find Your Yoga Spring Retreat at Sandstone Ranch in Longmont, CO
Please join me for a full day at the beautiful location surrounded by nature and only 10 minutes from downtown Longmont. The retreat will include two yoga practices (morning Vinyasa and evening Restorative), walking meditation, creative arts meditation, mindful eating around homemade vegetarian lunch, and introduction to Ayurveda with focus on DIY Ayurvedic therapies.

Unwind, de-stress, refresh and allow your body and mind to heal and restore! Tibetan bowls, candlelight and essential oils will set the tone and create a cozy atmosphere. This class is held every first Friday of each month 6PM - 8PM with a few minutes after the class for tea, treats, and social

This class is for anyone who would like to relieve stress, increase strength and flexibility, improve balance and overall well-being. Practice gentle yoga poses using chairs, yoga props, and breathing techniques in a friendly and non-competitive environment. Please bring a blanket.
