Welcome to My Website!

I am Urszula Bunting.  My mission is to help you find your path to a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life. My passion for life and my own health challenges motivated me to become a Yoga Teacher, Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance Instructor, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Author, and Speaker. As a mother of two young boys and a wife of an airline pilot, I had to find a way to manage our busy household, prepare healthy meals, and live my life to the fullest potential. I truly believe that everyone can and deserves to be happy, healthy, and successful. It is a choice – it is your choice that I can't wait to help you make.

Life Is a Gift – Are You Ready to Unwrap It?

Writing this book was one of my dreams, and I believe that we can make choices that bring our dreams into reality. My dream for this book is that you find something here that will trigger a change in your life. That it motivates you to make choices for your dreams and desires come true. The tools can be as simple or as complex as you wish, but the results are always priceless. Learning about yourself and about the world around you through the eyes of yoga is a fascinating journey. In our goal-oriented society, it’s quite a relief to know that you can enjoy the ride, and not to have to worry about the destination. We all have a responsibility to live our lives to the fullest potential, and to take care of ourselves and the world around us. Yoga makes living our potential: possible, easier, and more fun along the way.

Are you ready?  Let’s find Your yoga!

Health coaching

Before I graduated from Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach, I did tons of research how to raise my allergic son, and how to keep myself and my family thriving. Even though healthy nutrition is essential, there is a lot more into health than the food that we eat and the air that we breath.  Together with my clients we explore many aspects of healthy living including: nutrition, physical activity, coping with stress, social and professional life, gratitude and passion for life. I use my knowledge, experience, and common sense to find what lifestyle is right for each and every individual. Please let me know how I can support you!

Yoga & Ayurveda

Regular yoga practice can change your life. Yoga is a lot more than a physical activity – it is a a healthy lifestyle. Among many styles of yoga available in the West my favorite styles to teach and practice are: Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Gentle Vinyasa.  I believe that more is not always better, and harder is not always more effective.

Ayurveda is a 5000 year old healing system that originates from India. Yoga and Ayurveda compliment each other giving a full picture how to find balance, health and happiness in life.

You can find me teaching regular classes at Longmont United Hospital, Longmont Recreation Center, and Boulder Country Club. I teach retreats, workshops, community classes, and participate in special events locally and around the country. If you are not ready to take a class, I offer private sessions for beginners and clients with specific needs and health conditions.  I would love to talk to you!

My Yoga

Over the years, my practice has changed and developed as my life needs, and my situation has evolved.  Yoga has supported me through the challenges of motherhood, economy crash, my husband loosing a sight in his left eye and loosing his job at the same time, moving to Alaska and surviving cold and dark winters there. Recently getting through unexpected symptoms of pain, fatigue, brain fog, many doctors visits, and tests that led to a diagnosis of chronic Lyme disease.  Yoga has helped me to stay hopeful, remain calm and see things from a different prospective. Not only helped me to heal my body, but it allowed me to grow as a person, find more gratitude and more meaning in my life. Yoga led me to grow on a professional level and become a teacher, a speaker and now a writer…  Thanks to my practice, my life difficulties did not take me to a bitter or gloomy place, but to a place with more compassion, understanding, and acceptance.
